  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that products or services meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  1. Quality Audits:
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems, processes, and procedures.
  1. Documentation Control:
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
  1. Compliance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and track adherence to quality standards and regulations, identifying areas for improvement.
  1. Root Cause Analysis:
  • Investigate and analyze non-conformances, defects, or customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  1. Risk Assessment:
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  1. Change Management:
  • Evaluate and approve changes to processes, materials, or equipment to ensure they do not negatively impact quality.
  1. Supplier Quality:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate their quality performance, conduct supplier audits, and implement supplier corrective actions.
  1. Training:
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics, including quality control methods and procedures.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in quality improvement projects and suggesting process enhancements.
  1. Quality Reporting:
  • Prepare quality reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  1. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-specific regulations and standards and ensure compliance.
