• Perform various laboratory tests, including chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses.
• Perform the lab tests for each batch of raw materials & finished products.
• Assess product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Sampling & samples keeping:

• Collect representative samples of materials and finished products for each batch of raw materials & finished products
• Ensure samples’ proper labeling, documentation and storage.

4. Instrument Operation:

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

5. Data Recording & Documentation:

• Record and document test data, observations, and results accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed and organized records.
• Keep all data and documents in order.

6. Calibration:

• Calibrate and verify the accuracy of laboratory equipment according to established schedules and procedures.

7. Quality Inspections:

• Participate in quality inspections and audits to identify non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.

8. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, standards, and procedures during testing activities.

9. Reporting:

• Prepare test reports, certificates of analysis, and other documentation to communicate results and findings to relevant departments.

10. Problem Solving:

• Investigate and troubleshoot any testing anomalies or deviations, taking appropriate corrective actions.

11. Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory methods, procedures, and quality control processes.

12. Inventory Management:

• Make and maintain the lists of lab test devices, reagents, glassware and other items for lab purposes.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of testing materials, reagents, devices, and supplies.
• Submit procurement requests for lab test devices, reagents, glassware and other items for lab purposes.

13. Lab clean and tidy

• All the devices, reagents, samples, and documents should be in place and in order.
• All the devices must be clean and tidy.
• The platform should always be clean.

Clean the lab floor before duty off and leave.
