3. Equipment Repair and Maintenance:

• 1 Equipment Diagnosis and Repairs:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, and keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of production lines and equipment, promptly addressing any identified issues and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement plans for major, medium, and minor equipment repairs.
  • Submit purchase orders for spare parts and consumables as needed.
  • Prioritize equipment maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening, adjustment, and anti-corrosion measures. Perform routine and periodic maintenance, with corresponding record-keeping.
  • Focus on critical positions and quick-wear parts of the equipment.
  • Regularly check and maintain equipment coolant, lubricant, fuel, indicators, gear oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil, and grease oil.
  • Follow equipment maintenance specifications.

4. Electric Circuits and Cables:

• 1 Daily Inspections:
  • Inspect factory cables and electric circuits daily, promptly addressing any issues and maintaining records.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical problems, including cable changes and connections.
  • Handle the use and maintenance of generators as needed.

5. Tool Repair and Maintenance:

• 1 Tools Warehouse:
  • Manage the tools warehouse.
  • Perform simple repairs and maintenance of hand tools and electric tools.

6. Production Line Operations:

• 1 Supervision and Instruction:
  • Supervise and guide workers in the correct operation of equipment, correcting any improper actions.
  • Operate the control room when required.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of production lines, reminding workers to replenish wooden pallets and bags as necessary.
  • Manage chemical spills in the packing room.
  • Handle fine-tuning of robots.
  • Address vacuum conveyor pipe blockages.
  • Manage chemical powder spills and dust collector maintenance.

Maintain statistics related to production line operations.
