1. Safety and Compliance:
   • Strictly adhere to control room safety guidelines and company rules and regulations.
   • Refrain from any illegal operations.
   • Be responsible to the mechanic and production manager.
2. Control Room Management:
   • Take charge of the control room management.
   • In charge of the computer operation in the control room.
   • Fill the production records related to daily manufacture, equipment running, raw materials, packing stuff, finished products, problems & shooting, etc.
   • Be responsible for the technical documents and records’ keeping.
   • Maintain cleanliness in the control room and ensure it is tidy before leaving.
3. Production tasks acceptance and raw materials requisitions
   • Accept production tasks and materials requisitions from the production manager.
   • Requisite the raw materials in the warehouse, and check & verify the names and quantities of raw materials with the warehouse keeper.
4. Production and Production Team Management:
   • Host team meetings to ensure effective communication.
   • Organize and execute the production tasks issued by production manager.
   • Instruct and manage the production and production team.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to transfer the verified raw materials to production area for the warehouse
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to add the powder raw materials thro unpacking machine according to the formulas and operation steps. Pay careful attention to the hoisting system operation.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to add the liquid raw materials thro Roots pump according to the formulas and operation steps.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to print batch number on the bags, or paste the sticker label on the drums.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to do cardboard putting and semiautomatic wrapping for the powder finished products.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to refill the liquid finished products into the drums as required and then screw up.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to do wooden sheet putting and strapping for the liquid finished products. Instruct and monitor the workers to supplement the bags and wooden pallets.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to move the finished products to warehouse.
5. Waste treatment & cleaning
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to collect and manage the waste bags and empty IBC.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to supplement the bags and wooden pallets.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to collect the spilled powder or liquid.
   • Instruct and monitor the workers to clean the equipment and factory floor.
6. Technical Expertise:
   • Master and correctly carry out the technical processes, operation procedures, and production parameters.
7. Equipment Monitoring:
   • Be responsible for and monitor the start, stop, and running status of all equipment of production lines.
   • Pay attention to any abnormal, identify problems, and take timely actions.
   • Commission the equipment if any problem or necessary.
8. Emergency Response:
   • Stop equipment in case of emergencies and implement emergency countermeasures.
   • Inform the mechanic firstly, then production manager, about the situation.
9. Problems and reparation & maintenance & commission:
   • Provide reasonable comments and proposals to address production-related problems.
   • Assist the mechanic to fix the problems, or fix the problems under the supervision of the mechanic.
   • Do equipment maintenance & commission as required by the mechanic.
10. Parameter Control:
    • Input or revise the parameter as required according to operation steps.
    • Prohibit unauthorized adjustments to production parameters.
11. Materials unloading and finished products loading
    • Instruct and monitor the workers on materials unloading and transfer them to the designated area.
    • Instruct and monitor the workers to load the finished products pallets on truck as required.
    • Assist the warehouse keeper to do records.
12. Security Measures:
    • Refuse illegal instructions and stop any unauthorized operations.
    • Restrict entry and access to unrelated persons without permission.
13. Others:
    • Follow and carry out the temporary tasks from the mechanic and production manager.
    • Help each other and cooperate with each other.
