Call Center / مأمور سنترال

  1. Contact customers and receive customers incoming calls
  2. Enter the required information into the CRM systems
  3. Learning about the company brands and service to respond to customers' messages and negative comments according to department standards and company policies 
  • Saudi national is preeferred 
  • Secondary certificate minimum 
  • The sound is clear with correct letters
  • Good command in English (written & spoken)
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Ability to give the message to the customer with clear voice and courtesy skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
