Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at AlQalzam in Jeddah. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the food and beverage services, training staff, and maintaining effective communication with the team.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in training staff
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
