Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at AlQalzam in Jeddah. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, assisting in the hiring and training of staff, maintaining effective communication with the team and customers, and overseeing food and beverage service. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards and providing a pleasant dining experience for customers.
