Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing clerical tasks, handling company secretarial work, and offering excellent customer service to clients. The Executive Secretary will also be responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appointments, and managing the office's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills: Proficiency in managing office documents, records, and databases
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Company Secretarial Work: Experience in handling the company's legal and regulatory compliance needs
  • Executive Administrative Assistance: Experience in providing high-level support to senior management
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Attention to detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
