  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls and emails to potential clients.
    • Meet with potential customers through regular physical and telephonic meetings, build relationships with clients, and understand their business needs.
    • Conduct needs assessments and present recruitment and tech licensing solutions to clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals.
    • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
    • Increase the company's product portfolio sales per customer through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations.
    • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
    • Lead online demonstrations to clients.
    • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client’s success.
    • Remain in frequent contact with existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Deliver service that is consistent with the company's values and customer promise.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a others.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterprise.
    • Proven track record of selling software/SaaS/web services into large enterprise accounts.
    • Strong networking and connections in Saudi Arabia, especially in the government sector and key enterprise companies.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Very good in Arabic and English.
