Identifies financial issues and advises functional management team on action plans and operational
strategies to resolve.
Drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus on
profitability, demand analysis, go-to-market, Return on Investment (RoI), and sales efficiency.
Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for
improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for their area of responsibility.
Ensures complete transparency in financial reporting and disclosures, as mandated by law and internal
policies.
Defines and implements internal controls for financial and non-financial operations.
Identifies and communicates commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.
Establishes and drives processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and
business information.
Ensures the quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial
closing schedules.
Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies,
and processes in their assigned area.
