1. Achieve assigned sales products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for
assigned business units/product groups.
2. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer
understanding of full product/systems/service offering and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer
experience throughout the sales process. Expand customer data base by adding new customers.
3. Demand creation (Building Automation (KNX) and building management system)
4. Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know how
sharing and cross-collaboration
5. Assure communication with end user / consultant once needed
6. Oversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the System Integrator
7. Manage administrative procedure in sales processes (SFDC),and supports collection and project management
activities.
8. Building Automation (KNX) / Smart home solution and Building Management portfolio awareness
9. Working closely with products marketing, prescription and manufacturing team and give all required support
10. Experience with project operation process ( material supply , installation , pre-testing , testing/commissioning )
11. KNX / BMS Project design , Estimation & take-off experience
12. Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other
decision makers.
13. Educating the system Integrators with the estimation/technical training.
