Responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with
the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
Leads the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery
model).
Oversees the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluates the
pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
Defines key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishes appropriate metrics and
measurement tools to monitor the performance.
Anticipates results and identifies gaps in performance, proactively, to take early remedial action and ensure that the
targets are achieved in the global markets and drives the growth of the top line in each market.
Responsible for achieving the assigned order intake, margin, and related objectives for the assigned product portfolio,
globally.
Drives the evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensures proactive sales approach with a
focus on solutions.
Oversees the market trends, competitive analysis, and market segment definition activities.
Ensures that the market is well monitored by developing efficient marketing and sales tools and their effective
maintenance and usage.
Responsible for planning and implementing customer surveys and analyzing and acting on the results to ensure high level
of customer satisfaction.
Supports the Sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
Defines the systems to monitor clients’ financial status and anticipates and reports the changes in typical risk factors to
relevant internal partner teams, globally.
Ensures that the relevant processes are established to proactively identify and manage risks related to contract
agreements and prices across customers/channels.
