a. Sales of ABB Marine & Ports services according to service portfolio
b. Achieve targeted sales on orders and margin from allocated segments and markets
c. Prepare commercial & technical offers to customers with highest accuracy & collaborate with technical support team.
d. Follow up with factories & service providers for delivery and ensure that services and products are delivered on time
e. Ensure complete compliance with ABB Guidelines & demonstrate high level of integrity, Safety & Sustainability culture
f. Effective and complete utilization of tools & resources provided by ABB
g. Business network establishment and business intelligence gathering
2. Order Processing and delivery
a. Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service
b. Ensures efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.
c. Plan and forecast revenue. Responsible for end to end operations from sales to cash collection
d. Coordinate and arrange service attendance and plan service engineers based on knowhow and requirement of
customers.
