Position Summary

Assurance of Finished product quality , food safety for all company SKU's. ( FSMS), protect and keep the QMS (quality monitoring scheme) is working active and updated. guarantee of all company FP consistent quality and to get full customer satisfaction and compliance with Nestle/legal standards.
to handle all the critical  quality complaints coming from customers .Coordinate with supply chain to get all the factory RM to be inline with company quality stds.

Tasks & Respinsiblities

• Develop and maintain competencies and quality awareness and commitment to zero defect in the factory.
• Implement, Manage, enforce and maintain the Water Operation Standard (WOS) requirements.
• Ensure the correct functioning of the factory Laboratories, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians.
• Ensure the correct implementation and maintenance of NGMP, Pest Control and LHP.
• Ensure the correct implementation of QMS, share awareness and follow the corrective action in case of deviation across the factory premises.
• Maintain full compliance of products to ensure the customer satisfaction and satisfy the SFDA and other 3rd party.
• Manage the internal auditing program and assessing the performance of the FSSC. 
• Contribute effectively the Continuous improvement programs and the I&R initiatives.

Experince & Requiremnets

1.Bsc degree of food safety or chemical or biochemical or medical engineering.
2.Minimum experience of 5 years in QA or food safety.
3.Line management with demonstrated capability to lead others.
